Its location is stunning & comfortable, just off the ocean side of Ali Drive, Magic Sands and Kahalu "u beach, and surrounding area. Staff is helpful and you can park your car onsite.
The property needs some tlc.

The condo was spacious, clean, and had ample closet space. The bed was comfortable, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was convenient. The view from the 3rd floor was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The pool and spa on the premises were beautiful, and the location was ideal, close to a small beach and just a short distance from town. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the concierge and activities team provided excellent service.

Close to Kona
We were put in a room across the street & in the back with no view of the ocean that was all taped up & being painted on the outside.

I loved the great ocean view and the parking and check out was super easy and fast!!! I did like the kichenette and pull out sofa bed! And was quiet...
The pool was nothing I would want to swin in... Was very small and no view what so ever... Which was strange being so close to the ocean.. The design was bad... The rooms are pretty dated I think you should be allowed to smoke on balcony.. And I am not a smoker...

Right on the ocean. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the central area of the city. The views from the rooms and the lagoon in front of the hotel are amazing. The beach is right on the doorstep, perfect for enjoying sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves.
Nothing negative to say.

Beautiful rooms, all amenities. Lovely pool and spa. Close to a little beach, not far from main restaurants and shops. Spacious room with good facilities. Ideal location, close to town but away from tourist madness. Oceanfront suites near the water.

The rooms are nothing like they appear online. I was very disappointed. The room was really dirty...the floor was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy along with the tub...there were bugs crawling on the counters in the kitchen and bathroom. The street traffic was so noisy it sounded like the window s and doors were open. No washer in dryer ...though we stayed in a "parcial ocean view" room...there was no ocean view at all...they gave us 2 wash rags and 2 towels for 5 days...if we wanted more we had to pay $10 for every two we wanted...the disappointment goes on and on...donnot stay here...it will spoil your trip :(

It could be a very good hotel if it was more clean and have a minimum of room service. They just give u room service after the 4th day of stay.
As soon as we arrived and opened the door the smell of the room was awful and it was clear that the room was closed for a long time and with no cleaning.

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of closet space. The bed was very comfortable and I had a peaceful night's sleep. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a convenient bonus.
